Dustiny Michaels sessions began out of a necessity to create new music that will not always fit into a category. In an effort to celebrate various musical influences, including bebop, hip-hop, R&B, punk rock, metal, et al... each album is a deliberate effort to explore different thematic atmospheres. This project leaves room for any and all collaborations or even challenges to the sonic adventure. No territories are excluded from the aural topography.

Bass inquiry: Much of the "early" work was recorded using various jazz-type basses before returning to exclusive use of "The Mule," a battered bass generally championed by the Dust for the last 30 years.
